Yes. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment according to our Booking Terms & Conditions. We recommend providing at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients' bookings. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes. Many of our equipment items are available for standalone rental, subject to availability and our Equipment Rental Agreement.

We may retain project files for a limited period after completion, but long-term storage is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend downloading and safely backing up all delivered files once your project is complete.

No. Your privacy is important to us. We will never publish or showcase your project without your permission. If you'd like us to feature your work in our portfolio or on social media, we'll ask for your consent first.
